Llama mia.
Here we Goat again. Spike in COVID numbers everywhere.
How are Ewe doin'?
Assk me again, I'll tell you the same.
Fine. I'm fine. Limbo. It's getting old, isn't it?
My fun these days consists of going to my household storage closet, or my off-site storage unit (yay, a trip out somewhere!) and digging out fun things to play with. Like this tablescape.
Ewe and me, we goat together - only applies to me & Mr. P. these days.
Are you ready for the funny farm yet?
Stay safe. Be well.

ReplyDeleteThanks for lifting all of us in today, these are so adorable!
ReplyDeleteRita, I can totally relate!!! Adorable plates and Ewe have made me smile. We aren't Goating anywhere either, sadly, except for walking every deserted street in our town. Yesterday we saw some Llamas in a yard and at first I thought I was ready for the funny farm, but they were real!!!
ReplyDeleteI love this, thank you so much for the laugh this morning!!
ReplyDeleteHa love this!!!! This table is fun and makes me smile. What a whimsy and fun set of plates to have. Happy Sunday.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Kris
Rita, ewe have brought a sweet smile to my face this morning. This is such a cute tablescape and I love the funny farm plates. Thank you for lightening the mood this morning. Have a wonderful Sunday!
ReplyDeleteI adore your sense of humor and cleverness. We aren't "goat" anywhere either, expect the occasional errand. I love the whimsy of these plates and the simple beauty of your table. Your new cake stand is gorgeous, and I spy some pretty Crown Linen Design napkins. I find myself ordering from CLD again and again. I've been keeping our dining room table set for two during this isolation. At least it makes us feel as if we are truly dining. Ewe you certainly started my Sunday morning with a big smile. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteFun plates!
ReplyDeleteOh Rita, these plates are too hilarious!! Such a delightful table Ewe have created!! Just thank goodness it's not winter, or we'd all really be depressed and crazy!! Once again you've shown how MKC goes with everything!! Thanks for the smiles...
ReplyDeleteJenna
Everything about this post I adore. Your wonderful humor. The fabulous dishes. And the way you are simply coping. Yes, limbo is getting old but I'm also getting used to it. I know what you mean about a day out! Well, anyone would smile sitting at this table!
ReplyDeleteOh how I needed this for a few chuckles Rita. How have you not been sharing these adorable plates, they are darling and I do love them. I know what you mean, nope, still saying in except for a couple of trips for groceries and veggies. Stay safe, most important thing now. Love the MC stand and your stripe linen, gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteNever seen plates like those before. Cool!
ReplyDeleteSOOOOOO cute, love love love this post! Dishes are awesome and the words you wrote have me still giggling. Thank you, Rita. I really needed that.
ReplyDeleteStay safe, stay healthy.
Big hugs!! ♥♥♥
Ohhh, how fun!. I love all the quirky words and those darling faces. Fun and creative Rita. Puts a smile on my face. Your MC pieces are so pretty.
ReplyDeleteLooking at your fun table again. A video with your photos and the song Mamacita would be so fun.
DeleteRita....you are baaaaadddd but in a good way! Love the table! Be safe!
ReplyDeleteAdorable Rita! I needed a smile as I'm really distressed by the spike in numbers here in Pittsburgh and across the country. The llama plate in particular caught my eye, bee-cause last year we were in Peru and saw lots of them. In fact, I'm working on a new post now that includes some pics of them from a hacienda in Ecuador.
ReplyDeleteOh, Rita, I love those plates! You nailed it on the head, girl, Limbo is right! I see people sitting in restaurants and bars, no masks, elbow to elbow, all over little Richmond, but not me.
ReplyDeleteOh Rita, I love your Lama plates and your table setting with them. There are lots of lamas where I live and they are so sweet and cute.
ReplyDeleteThere are such different versions in regards to masks, that I just wear it, period.
Please take care and have a lovely week ahead.
Fabby

ReplyDeleteRita -- did I miss it? What is the source for the cute animal plates? Thanks. Penny at srmarymaid@aol.com
ReplyDeleteLaughing so hard I'm weeping. Someone once said that puns are the lowest form of humor. I beg to differ. It takes above average brain power to see the potential in words. Good job!
ReplyDeleteThank ewe. :)
